I'm rowing for youth mental health!
This July, I’m taking on a big challenge - competing in the St Ayles Skiff World Championships in Stranraer, Scotland, to support something even bigger: youth mental health.
I’m proud to be rowing as part of Row for Youth, raising funds for Youth Focus, a charity doing vital work providing free mental health support and education to young people across Western Australia.
Every donation helps Youth Focus reach more young people struggling with their mental health, giving them the tools and support to find hope and thrive.
